R/A PVP build
i got this build together mainly used to backfire degenerators and tank in a way..
Attributes: 11 dagger mastery, 8 expertise, 7 wilderness survival, and 7 shadow arts
1.Golden Fox Strike
2.Wild Strike
3.Death Blossum
4.Death's Charge
5.Shadow Refuge
6.troll ungeunt
7.melandru's resilience
8.Resurrection Signet
Usage:Use 1>2>3 for damage... when under a lot of hexes/conditions use 7 and for a bit more heal you can use shadow refuge (troll ungeunt is just for an emergency)
I know its not as good as a toucher build, or trapper, or spiker, or so on so forth..but if you would like to add anything please post(this is my first build i have actually made)
code:OgcUcR813/NlZ/3BD35y8NDHBAA

Despite it being bad, Id say it's probably still better than a trapper
I think your regen is a little over the top, you have 3 skills for it. Even RA should not have that much degeneration. I would recommend dropping Shadow Refuge and removing all your points from Shadow Arts to put into Expertise and Dagger.
I would recommend using an IAS as it will increase you damage output largely, but this may be tricky considering your are running Melandru's Resiliance. As an alternative you could take quick activation dagger attacks such as Jagged Strike and Fox Fangs.
With only 3 dagger attacks you are playing a DPS role rather than a spike role, therefore Deaths Charge is not really needed, and could be swapped for a utility skill such as Exuahsting Assault, Leaping Mantis Sting, or Antidote Signet.

It can be good, that means not broken like escape daggers. I don't think you need that much healing with mel and trol unguent. I looked up IAS on wiki and i coulnt find a suitable one to use because melandru's is a stance. Maybe you can still use lightning reflexes but use melandru's in emergencies. Switch to fast activation skills too like jagged strike and fox fangs.

IMO instead of melandru's, use flashing blades.
btw this looks like a troll thread.

Swap out Shadow Refuge first, you are putting attribute into Wilderness for Melandru's, whereas all you have from shadow arts that needs attributes is Refuge. If you still have to much healing, then remove Troll.
As I said in my earlier post, take a utility skill like Leaping Mantis Sting, Exhausting Assault or Antidote Signet.
As Majik said, Flashing Blades is also a neat skill to use.
I do not see how this could be a troll thread, and apparently I have an innate bonus for troll detection.

Agree . Dont really think that a DDealer should waste its elite in a Healing Skill and ofc Troll Ung is too much if you have Dcharge and Shadow Refuge. Use Antidote Sig and some Useful elite or something.

It's RA, yes wasting your elite on hex removal is worth it. (Empathic says hi.) I'm not sure Melandru's counts as "removal", although you could at least attack through empathy/insidious somewhat.
The bigger problem is you have no IMS thanks to melandrus. (not to mention blocking/IAS) Best you can hope to do is crip someone.
Melandru's Resiliance
Jagged Strike
Fox Fangs
Death Blossom
Blades of Steel
Leaping Mantis Sting
Apply Poison/Impale/Exhausting Assault/Stance?
Rez
Kinda meh, but about as far as you can take the concept.

I've played R/A for quite some time just messing about, and yes it's usually a spammable build until I can be bothered to play properly, 1 build I have used for the past like month while I can't be bothered to try is a WASTELS Collaspe build and I'll give you the skills for it.
1 Wastels Collaspe,
2, Falling Spider
3, Twisting Fangs
4, Jagged Strike
5, Fox Fangs
6, Blades of Steel
7, Lightning Reflexs
8, Optional although I mostly opt for a res sig.
As you can clearly see there's no optional for healing. However I seem to manage without healing although always a bonus if you don't try tanking, sit on the backline then switch to your dagger set, Activate LF then WC then start your chain of attacks, 1 chain has just enough to take out most enemies however stay away from tanks the dmg isn't strong enough to take a tank out.
However Like i've stated I only use this build when I truely can't be bothered to play a ranger as it basically is a Sin, but having a set of Zealous Daggers and 33% faster attacking is just crazy. I understand fully why the only 33% IAS for sins is within PVE ONLY.

tbh, Twisting Fangs add bleeding after which you add Bleeding by Jagged Strike, is kinda meh. I understand you might go with Jagged for it's 1/2 activation but otherwise it's lame. (pressure on a spike build. lolwut?) I'd rather go with Black Mantis Thrust, you won't get the cripple guaranteed (well with the RA hexway meta you might..) but it's still +.. damage and a 1/2 activation time.
also, more KD's = win.

You do not need that much self heal or any self heal at all if you are in organized play. Also, your build should have more 1/2 attacks and utility.
[build prof=R/A expert=12+1+1 Dagger=12][Leaping Mantis Sting][Exhausting Assault][Jagged Strike][Fox Fangs][Shattering Assault][Dash][Lightning Reflexes][res sig][/build]

Troll shouldn't be used as an emergency as it has a longer casting time.
Lighting Reflexes...

instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, just pvxwiki like everyone else in RA:
http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:R/A_...Assault_Ranger
after the escape nerf, daggers on rangers have definitely fallen out of favor, and I applaud you for trying - but, it seems as though there aren't too many options when pve-only skills aren't available, when you need a heal and IMS and wish to be the spiker....looks like the guesswork's already been taken out in the above build...
